BSc Business Computing

This interdisciplinary degree blends the vastness of Information Technologies, (electronic offices https://www.getboardroom.net/logitech-g203-software-review/ and databases, programming, and the internet), with the fundamental areas of Business (management accounting, marketing and management economics, law and finance). Graduates will have the knowledge and abilities required to understand the business functions and analyse user information requirements in order to design and implement information systems.

Learn to identify intuitively, by combining of practical and theoretical knowledge the constantly changing combination of processes needed for information delivery systems in order to fulfill their roles in an organisation. You’ll also learn to recognize that a business is an entity that is constantly changing and evolving and its information systems have to adapt to these changes and the ever-changing requirements and demands of the users.

You’ll develop your IT and computing abilities in your second year through workshops and project work. You’ll be able learn from our professors and participate in an industrial experience where you’ll put your new knowledge into practice.

Our instruction is informed by the latest technological developments and focuses on the application of new technologies to business. You can choose from a range of modules, including Big Data Analytics and Informatics Strategy and Management, as and e-Business Technology. The course is supplemented by regular guest speakers from top companies who will help to show the real-world relevance of the subject you’re studying, as well as the potential for professional success for our graduates.
